LÉ William Butler Yeats in Dublin Port - Open to Members of the Public

This weekend, from the 25th to the 26th of May the Irish Naval Service will host a recruitment drive in Dublin City where one of our P63 class vessels, the LÉ WILLIAM BUTLER YEATS will be berthed at Sir John Rogerson’s Quay and open to the public. This recruitment drive will include opportunities for the public to engage with the Navy and Naval Service Personnel focusing on careers in the Navy and various different recruitment pathways in the Navy such as General Service Recruitment, Cadetships, Technician Trainee Schemes (trade qualifications), Direct Entry Recruitment and Naval Service Reserve (NSR) Recruitment. LÉ WILLIAM BUTLER YEATS will be open to the public from 1100hrs to 1700hrs on both days for those wishing to take a tour on board. This recruitment drive will also provide opportunities to engage with Naval Service Personnel in relation to Professional Military Education possibilities and Continuous Professional Development opportunities such as service in the Naval Service Diving Section (NSDS) or Naval Service Reserve.
